THE APP
Not at all. All the measurements you've entered into the app so far will save. You're welcome to exit the app and return at a later date to finish.
We have created our app so that it can be viewed via web browser also. You can use this link to sign up.
Absolutely. Get in touch with us and we'll be happy to look into this for you and help make sense of the result.
That's right, our membership will renew annually at the same rate to enable you to continue to have access to all of our features, both current and new. You can always opt out, via the relevant app store that you originally downloaded the app from.
That's not a problem. You can easily upgrade, via your account settings on the app. This will mean you'll only be expected to pay the difference between these two membership tiers, on a pro-rata basis.

You will need to do this in the relevant app store on your device. Instruction can be found here for apple and google play stores.
If you purchased the membership directly on the ThinkShape website please send us a screenshot of your account details (which can be found by clicking on your initials in the top right corner of the app) to hello@think-shape.com and we will sort it for you.
We are sorry to hear you are having issues accessing the content you have paid for. The app might need updating to recognise your purchase, please can you follow these steps..
1. Check in your App store to see if the App needs updating
2. When in the Think Shape App click on your initials in the top right of the screen and then click on 'Restore Purchases'
3. Close the app by swiping up and out (see instructions here for apple and android) and then re-open it
4. Check your account details by clicking on your initials in the top right of the app, sometimes you can accidently create a new apple id when logging in and it does not link to your original account. If this is the case and you see an unknown email address listed please log out and log back in using the email address you set up your original account with.

This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.
The app uses the standard text size set by Apple and Google. This means that if you’ve chosen a larger text size on your device, the text in the app will also appear larger and may affect the layout. Rest assured, all content will still be visible, it just might look different from our intended design.
If you’d like to adjust your text size, you can do so in your device’s settings, instructions can be found here for apple and google.
EVENTS
Unfortunately we do not have waiting lists for our events. However, should last minute spaces become available, we will update our Instagram so do give us a follow if you're not already.
Our ticketed events are not refundable so please do check if you can make the date and time before purchasing a ticket. You can read our full event T&Cs here.
