We are sorry to hear you are having issues accessing the content you have paid for. The app might need updating to recognise your purchase, please can you follow these steps..
1. Check in your App store to see if the App needs updating
2. When in the Think Shape App click on your initials in the top right of the screen and then click on 'Restore Purchases'
3. Close the app by swiping up and out (see instructions here for apple and android) and then re-open it
4. Check your account details by clicking on your initials in the top right of the app, sometimes you can accidently create a new apple id when logging in and it does not link to your original account. If this is the case and you see an unknown email address listed please log out and log back in using the email address you set up your original account with.
